SeniorSpace LLC ("SeniorSpace," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you access or use our website, platform, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect:
- through our website and Platform;
- through communications between you and SeniorSpace (for example, emails and support messages); and
- when you interact with Platform features (including profiles, uploads, messaging, and booking coordination tools).
This Privacy Policy does not apply to:
- services arranged off-platform between Communities and Vendors; or
- third-party websites, services, or integrations you access through links on the Platform (those third parties have their own privacy practices).
2. Who Uses SeniorSpace
SeniorSpace is a marketplace platform for:
- Communities: senior living communities, organizations, and their representatives; and
- Vendors: independent individuals or businesses offering services, programs, or experiences.
Both Communities and Vendors may have multiple users under one organization account (for example, multiple staff members). An organization's administrators may be able to manage users and view certain account-related information within that organization's account.
3. Information We Collect
We collect information in three primary ways: (A) information you provide, (B) information collected automatically, and (C) information from service providers or third parties.
A. Information you provide
Depending on how you use the Platform, we may collect:
Account and profile information
- name, email address, phone number
- organization name, role/title
- login credentials (passwords are stored in hashed form)
- profile details (services offered, service categories, service area, availability, pricing, experience, descriptions)
Booking and coordination information
- booking requests and responses
- dates, times, locations (or general location details), pricing references
- booking changes, cancellations, and related details
Messages and communications
- in-platform messages between Communities and Vendors
- messages you send to SeniorSpace support
- metadata related to messages (for example, date and time sent)
Photos, videos, and other content
- photos and videos uploaded to profiles
- other content you post or submit through the Platform (including reviews, if and when enabled)
Subscription and billing information (Community accounts)
SeniorSpace processes subscription payments for Community accounts. We receive limited billing-related information necessary to administer subscriptions (for example, billing status, subscription tier, invoices, and partial payment identifiers). Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by SeniorSpace.
We do not collect Social Security Numbers (SSNs).
We do not process payments between Vendors and Communities for services.
B. Information collected automatically
When you use the Platform, we may automatically collect:
Device and usage information
- IP address
- device type, browser type, operating system
- log and event data (pages viewed, features used, clicks, session duration, referring URLs)
- performance and error logs (to diagnose crashes or bugs)
Analytics
We use analytics tools to understand how the Platform is used and to improve it (for example, feature adoption, navigation flows, and performance). These tools may use cookies or similar technologies.
C. Information from service providers or third parties
We may receive information from:
- payment processors (subscription status, payment confirmations, charge failures);
- analytics providers (aggregated usage insights and technical diagnostics); and
- service providers supporting hosting, security, customer support, and communications.
We do not purchase personal data from consumer data resellers, and we do not use public records databases to build profiles.
4. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
Provide and operate the Platform
- create and manage accounts and organization profiles
- enable discovery, messaging, and booking coordination
- display profiles and uploaded media as intended by Platform features
Communicate with you
- send administrative messages (for example, account confirmations and booking notifications)
- respond to support requests and provide customer support
Improve and secure the Platform
- monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve usability
- detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms or Policies
- enforce our Terms and protect the safety and integrity of the Platform
Comply with legal obligations
- respond to lawful requests and legal process
- maintain records required for business, tax, or compliance purposes
No targeted advertising
We do not use personal information for targeted advertising and do not sell personal information.
5. How Information Is Shared
We share information only as described below.
A. Sharing between Communities and Vendors
The Platform is designed to facilitate discovery and coordination. Certain information is shared by design and as necessary to support these interactions, including:
- Vendor profile information (including uploaded photos and videos) displayed to Communities
- Community profile information (including uploaded photos and videos) displayed to Vendors
- Community and Vendor information necessary to coordinate bookings (for example, organization name and relevant booking details)
- Messages exchanged between the parties through the Platform
B. Sharing within an organization account
If your organization account has multiple users, information may be visible to other authorized users within that same organization account (for example, booking history, messages, and administrative details). Organization administrators may be able to manage users and access account-related information.
C. Service providers
We share information with vendors and service providers who help us operate the Platform, such as:
- hosting and cloud storage providers
- customer support tools
- email and communications providers
- analytics providers
- payment processors (for subscription billing)
These service providers may access information only as needed to perform services for us and are required to protect it.
D. Legal, safety, and rights protection
We may disclose information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to:
- comply with law, regulation, or legal process
- enforce our Terms, Policies, or agreements
- protect the rights, property, and safety of SeniorSpace, our users, or others
- investigate suspected fraud, security issues, or abuse
E. Business transfers
If SeniorSpace is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
F. Platform promotion and marketing
As described in Section 7 of our Terms of Service, we may use User Content (including profile information, photos, videos, and other content you submit) to promote and market the Platform. This may include use in marketing materials, case studies, presentations, website content, and other promotional materials related to SeniorSpace.
Platform screenshots used in our marketing may incidentally include User Content as part of illustrating the Platform interface. We do not use User Content in a manner that is misleading or that suggests endorsement beyond participation on the Platform.

6. User Content, Messaging, and Uploads
A. User Content
The Platform allows Users to create profiles and submit content, including photos and videos. You control what you upload and share and are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to post that content.
B. Messaging
Messages sent through the Platform are transmitted to the recipient(s) and stored to provide messaging functionality and maintain Platform records (including for support, safety, and dispute context).
C. Moderation and safety
SeniorSpace may review or access User Content or messages when reasonably necessary to:
- provide support,
- investigate abuse or potential violations of our Terms or Policies, or
- protect the safety and integrity of the Platform.
We do not monitor messages routinely for advertising purposes.
7. Cookies and Analytics
We may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Platform, including to maintain user sessions, understand Platform usage, and improve performance and reliability.
At this time, SeniorSpace does not provide in-Platform cookie management controls. Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. If you disable or restrict cookies, some features of the Platform may not function properly.
8. Your Choices and Rights
A. Account information
You may be able to review, update, or correct certain account information through your account settings. If you need help, contact us using the contact information provided in the Contact Us section below.
B. Marketing communications
You can opt out of marketing emails (if we send any) by using the unsubscribe link in the email. You will still receive non-marketing messages related to your account or Platform usage (for example, booking notices, billing notices, and security notices).
C. Access, deletion, and other requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity and/or organizational authority before responding.
We may retain certain information as required or permitted by law, or for legitimate business purposes (for example, maintaining records related to subscriptions, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution).
9. State Privacy Disclosures (United States)
SeniorSpace operates in the United States and provides the rights described in this section to the extent applicable under U.S. state privacy laws.
A. California residents
If you are a California resident, you may have rights to:
- know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect
- request deletion of personal information (subject to exceptions)
- correct inaccurate personal information
- opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (note: we do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for targeted advertising)
- be free from discrimination for exercising your rights
B. Residents of other states
Depending on your state (for example, Colorado, Virginia, or Connecticut), you may have similar rights. Requests can be submitted using the contact information below.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against accidental loss, unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, and disclosure.
No system can be guaranteed 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and activity under your account.
11. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- provide the Platform,
- maintain Platform records (including bookings and communications),
- comply with legal obligations,
- resolve disputes, and
- enforce our agreements.
12. Children's Privacy
The Platform is intended for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. SeniorSpace does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that personal information from a minor has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice.
