Both Communities and Vendors may have multiple users under one organization account (for example, multiple staff members). An organization's administrators may be able to manage users and view certain account-related information within that organization's account.

SeniorSpace processes subscription payments for Community accounts. We receive limited billing-related information necessary to administer subscriptions (for example, billing status, subscription tier, invoices, and partial payment identifiers). Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by SeniorSpace.

We do not collect Social Security Numbers (SSNs).

We do not process payments between Vendors and Communities for services.

B. Information collected automatically

When you use the Platform, we may automatically collect:

6. User Content, Messaging, and Uploads

The Platform allows Users to create profiles and submit content, including photos and videos. You control what you upload and share and are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to post that content.

Messages sent through the Platform are transmitted to the recipient(s) and stored to provide messaging functionality and maintain Platform records (including for support, safety, and dispute context).
