SeniorSpace LLC ("SeniorSpace," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you access or use our website, platform, applications (including MakeCalendar, available at makecalendar.app), and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Both Communities and Vendors may have multiple users under one organization account (for example, multiple staff members). An organization's administrators may be able to manage users and view certain account-related information within that organization's account.

MakeCalendar is a calendar-building tool used by Communities to plan and manage their activity calendars.

3. Information We Collect

We collect information in three primary ways: (A) information you provide, (B) information collected automatically, and (C) information from service providers or third parties.

MakeCalendar account and calendar information

When you sign up for MakeCalendar, we collect your email address. As you build your calendar, we collect the information you choose to enter, which may include your community name, locations or areas within your community, the names of vendors you work with, vendor contact information, activity budgets, and event details. Users should avoid entering unnecessary personal information about residents. MakeCalendar is not intended for tracking or storing health, medical, or care-related information about residents, and you should not enter this type of information into the Platform.

Subscription and billing information

SeniorSpace processes payments for certain paid features and services, including Community subscriptions, Vendor setup fees, and any paid features of MakeCalendar. We receive limited billing-related information necessary to administer these payments (for example, billing status, subscription plan or fee type, invoices, and partial payment identifiers). Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by SeniorSpace.

We do not collect Social Security Numbers (SSNs).

We do not process payments between Vendors and Communities for services.

B. Information collected automatically

When you use the Platform, we may automatically collect:

If you enter contact information for a vendor you work with—for example, through MakeCalendar or when inviting a vendor to SeniorSpace—we may use that information to contact the vendor about SeniorSpace or MakeCalendar, including inviting them to create a vendor profile or learn more about our Platform. We do not publish vendor information provided by a Community without that vendor's consent.

Comply with legal obligations

We may share a hashed version of your email address with advertising platforms (such as Meta/Facebook, Google, or similar services) to help us advertise SeniorSpace or MakeCalendar, including by creating custom or lookalike audiences, as described in Section 4. If your organization account has multiple users, information may be visible to other authorized users within that same organization account (for example, booking history, messages, calendar information, and administrative details). Organization administrators may be able to manage users and access account-related information.

We share information with vendors and service providers who help us operate the Platform, such as:

D. Advertising partners

Calendars created through MakeCalendar may be used in aggregated or de-identified form to promote SeniorSpace and MakeCalendar—for example, as sample calendars in marketing materials or on our website. We will not identify a specific Community in marketing materials without its permission.

Platform screenshots used in our marketing may incidentally include User Content as part of illustrating the Platform interface. We do not use User Content in a manner that is misleading or that suggests endorsement beyond participation on the Platform.

6. User Content, Messaging, and Uploads

A. User Content

The Platform allows Users to create profiles and submit content, including photos and videos. You control what you upload and share and are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to post that content.

B. Messaging

Messages sent through the Platform are transmitted to the recipient(s) and stored to provide messaging functionality and maintain Platform records (including for support, safety, and dispute context).

SeniorSpace may review or access User Content or messages when reasonably necessary to:

7. Cookies and Analytics

We may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Platform, including to maintain user sessions, understand Platform usage, and improve performance and reliability.

At this time, SeniorSpace does not provide in-Platform cookie management controls. Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. If you disable or restrict cookies, some features of the Platform may not function properly.

8. Your Choices and Rights

A. Account information

You may be able to review, update, or correct certain account information through your account settings. If you need help, contact us using the contact information provided in the Contact Us section below.

B. Marketing communications

You can opt out of marketing emails (if we send any) by using the unsubscribe link in the email. You will still receive non-marketing messages related to your account or Platform usage (for example, booking notices, billing notices, and security notices).

C. Access, deletion, and other requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity and/or organizational authority before responding.

We may retain certain information as required or permitted by law, or for legitimate business purposes (for example, maintaining records related to subscriptions, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution).

D. Information about vendors and other individuals entered into MakeCalendar

Communities using MakeCalendar may enter information about third parties, such as vendors or event contacts, as part of building their calendars.
