At SeniorSpace, we pride ourselves on helping communities connect with vendors who provide exceptional experiences. To make sure SeniorSpace is a positive, respectful place for everyone, we ask all users to follow a few simple guidelines.

Vendor Code of Conduct

Treat community members with respect.

Respond to requests, show up on time, and conduct yourself professionally. If a problem arises, be calm and respectful, and try to work it out.

Do good work.

Take pride in what you offer and ensure you are qualified to provide the services you list on SeniorSpace.

Price fairly.

Set prices for your work, materials, and time fairly.

Be honest.

Respect the integrity of the SeniorSpace platform and be honest with communities if something goes wrong.

Honor your commitments.

Only accept bookings you fully intend to deliver. If you need to cancel, reschedule, or make changes to a confirmed booking, communicate proactively and in a timely manner.

Be a good community member.

Do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, age, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, disability, or other inappropriate discriminatory factors.

Be fair in how you review work.

Before criticizing a vendor's work, take a step back and consider whether your expectations were clear at the outset.

Pay what you owe.

Pay vendors for completed bookings as agreed - no exceptions.

Be honest.

Do not waste a vendor's time if you have no intention of booking them. Be honest with vendors if something changes or goes wrong and deal with them in good faith.

Be a good community member.

Do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, age, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, disability, or other inappropriate discriminatory factors.
